Overview

Headshot by Rupa.AI is one of the AI image generation products offered by Rupa.AI. Customers can purchase this service to transform their selfie photos into professional headshots in various styles, outfits, and other customizations.

To increase user satisfaction and comfort in making transactions and carrying out the AI photo generation process, improvements were made to the UI and UX design of the Headshot product.

Heuristic Evaluation

Goal: Understand the needs, desires, and difficulties of users.
