Problem
During the COVID-19 pandemic, prospective students and active students found it challenging to get information about campuses in Indonesia. In fact, during this pandemic, there are students from the class of 2020 who rarely visit their campuses so important information is often not known to them, such as information on the area, existing buildings, and even various events available to exchange ideas.
User Research
We gather data through surveys from 82 users who are currently in Senior High School or those planning to pursue higher education at the college level and college students, with an average age range of 16 to 22 years old.
Identifying Pain Points
Based on the survey results, we have compiled an empathy map to streamline the process of finding solutions to the identified problems.
Resolving Problem
We are engaged in problem-solving regarding how users access virtual campus tours and information, based on data obtained from surveys, empathy maps, and literature research. Also, we conduct a User journey based on the solution ideas.
